AI Creator Search lets you describe your ideal creator in plain English — niche, audience, follower range, content style — and returns matching creators you can act on immediately.

How to use it

  • Open AI Search and describe the creator you're looking for.
  • Refine with filters like followers, category, or average views.
  • Review the matches and select the creators you want.

Turn results into action

Save your results to a list or download them as a CSV using the two buttons above the results. What the buttons do depends on whether you've ticked any creators:

  • Nothing selected: the buttons read Add All to List and Export All to CSV, and they act on the whole result set, not just the page you're looking at.
  • Creators selected: the buttons change to Add (N) to List and Export (N) to CSV and only include the creators you ticked. Click Clear selection to go back to the "all" versions.

Saving to a list

Click Add All to List (or Add (N) to List), then choose:

  • Create new: enter a List title and click Create list.
  • Add to existing: pick one of your saved lists.

When you're adding all results, a Max creators slider lets you choose how many to save, from 1k to 10k. Creators are taken from the top of your results in the current sort order (Relevancy, GMV, or followers), so set the sort first if you want the top 5,000 by GMV rather than by relevancy.

Exporting to CSV

Export All to CSV downloads up to the top 10,000 results in the current sort order, including email where we have one. Export (N) to CSV downloads only the creators you selected.

10,000 is the current maximum for a single save or export from AI Search. If your search matches more creators than that, narrow it (tighter filters, higher strictness, a shorter posted time frame) or split it into several searches and save each to the same list.

To reach the creators you saved, target that list from an outreach automation or an email campaign. The list is the bridge between search and outreach. See Managing lists for what you can do with a list once it's saved.

  • Lookalike Search — start from a creator who's working and find similar ones. You can also upload a CSV of creator handles here to match them against Cruva's database.
  • Product Search — find creators whose content matches your products. Select a product and we'll match your ideal candidates.
  • Image Search — find creators whose content matches a reference image.

The more specific your description, the better the matches — mention the product niche, audience, and the kind of content you want.

Select tabs at the top of the page to change the search type.

AI Search for Emails

"Only show creators with emails" checkbox at the top right of the page:

  • This filters results to only creators who have publicly shared their email
  • Every creator saved from that search therefore has an address on file, so the resulting list is fully emailable and ready to point an email campaign at. (There's no separate "email list" type — a list holds handles and emails together; this search simply guarantees every member has both.) See how to set up email campaigns and Managing lists.

Granular filters

At the top of the page, to the right of the search bar you'll see a filters button (little slider icon). Options:

  • Min videos: A creator needs this many videos matching your query to appear in results. 1 by default.
  • Posted time frame: Only consider videos posted within this time window. Creators whose recent videos fall outside this window won't appear. 3 months by default.
  • Strictness (low/medium/high): How closely a creator must match your query
  • AI Content: Filter matching videos by whether they're AI-generated. Choose to include everything, exclude AI-generated content, or see only AI-generated content. Useful for excluding creators who post AI generated content

Sorting results, dropdown near the top right of the page:

  • Default set to "Relevancy": creators who most closely match your query
  • Can also toggle this to total GMV (past 30 days) and followers.
